At Fiberplane, we believe that software engineering is undergoing its most profound structural shift since the cloud. AI agents are transitioning from neat autocomplete widgets into collaborative agents capable of diagnosing failures, refactoring complex systems, and driving code quality.
Yet today’s developer loops are completely designed for single human typists. Tools are fragile, systems are local-only, and traces are completely hidden inside silos.
Our goal is simple: construct the “Software Factory of tomorrow.” We are building a robust suite of local-first primitives, tracing pipelines, and verification protocols that enable safe, unchoreographed autonomous engineering work.
We operate as an applied research lab in Amsterdam, partnering with the world’s most innovative engineering orgs to define the state of the art.
