GTM Manager

At Fiberplane, we're reshaping the DevOps landscape by defining the future of collaboration for infrastructure teams, and by putting a programmable SRE environment at the fingertips of engineers everywhere. Our first core product is Fiberplane Studio, collaborative notebooks for investigating and debugging infrastructure incidents. Our open source framework, Autometrics, helps engineers easily instrument their code and generate the most useful metrics for debugging.

As our Go-to-market Manager (GTM Manager) you’ll be instrumental in leading user & market research to ensure we’re building the right thing at the right time. You'll have the chance to join as an early member of a high-growth company creating a new category in the SRE landscape. You’ll be joining a dedicated team of engineers.

We previously created Wercker, a container-native CI/CD platform that was acquired by Oracle. Fiberplane is based in Amsterdam, and while our team is hybrid, this role is open to candidates in Amsterdam.

In this role you will

  • Work closely with the CEO on product direction by translating user needs into product bets

  • Conduct continuous user & market research to identify users’ needs, pain points and desires and validate potential solutions

  • Develop key partnerships with other developer and infrastructure companies out there and craft early partnership playbooks

  • Oversee product marketing, including messaging & positioning, product launches, and contribute to pricing strategy

  • Help translate our product story into demand-generating activities and drive Fiberplane's user adoption

  • Track KPIs and success metrics to further inform product, marketing and sales direction

You'll thrive in this role if

  • You love developer tools

  • You're outgoing and proactive

  • You take a structured and analytical approach to your work

  • You're hands on, have an execution mindset and iterate & learn fast

  • You have the ability to execute and thrive in the ambiguity of a startup environment

What we offer

  • Market rate salary

  • Open vacation policy + local public holidays + your birthday off

  • Flexibility around work setup (your choice around working in the office or hybrid)

  • Equipment budget

  • Unlimited book budget

  • Free access to psychological support

  • An international team of smart, motivated and ambitious colleagues to work alongside you
